to rectify its a 45 gal drum!
yes make sure its pure toluene or xylene,it must be clear like water(but dont drink it)
the math goes like this( i work in liters)
lets ay you have a 50liter gas tank,
40 litres x Sunoco ultra 94 octane = 3700
10 litres x Xylyne(117)octane = 1170
3700 + 1170 = 4870
4870 divided by 50 liters = 97.2 octane
------------
you must a a little amount of thinner(varsol)and some tranny oil.
xylene is worth 117 octane
toluene is worth 110 octane

So, it would be a bad idea to add just Toulene or Xylene? Do you have to add a cleaning agent and a lubricating agent?
